Anzhi deliriums: The Dani Alves Episode

According to the spanish website nuevofutbol.co, the russians from Anzhi after having almost thrashed Moratti Inter negotiation team managing to buy Eto at discounts price (80% of their first agreed offer) have entered a delirium phase: believing any club including the likes of FC BARCELONA can be tricked into selling it's players at charity prices.

In fact, Anzhi has contacted Barcelona, trying to buy Dani Alves for an amount which they say will be between 35 and 40 millions. As the deal between Anzhi and Inter proved, that means the russians are actually interesting in getting in direct negotiations with the players, trying afterwards to pay 80% of their initial offer, in an attempt to bully Barcelona just like they did with Inter, maybe smashing some glasses at negotiations table as well.

The yearly wage they were preparing to offer to Dani Alves was 15 millions compared to the 7 millions currently offered by Barcelona.

But as Sandro Rosell is not Moratti, to be bullied around. the answer from Barcelona was : "If Anzhi would like to buy our player Dani Alves, the price is 150 million euro, that is Dani Alves - the transfer clause. If they don't like the price well they can go f*ck themselves".
