I guess the only way to figure out whether he's a genius or an idiot is let him work..
Give to him enough time to show us his expertise..
the strategy is nothing..3-4-1-2, 4-3-1-2 doesn't matter..The most important stuff is running, playing as a team and keeping defender and forward lines close within the pitch
Finally, I guess we got the right man to play as istance 4-3-3..

Perhaps..but 3-man defense is not such a big deal
His tactical intelligence will show whether he is able to adapt his basic scheme of 343 into other schemes. If he sticks to his 343 no matter the game and no matter the players he has available, then it will become very difficult for him and for the team. He needs to step up his game and evolve.
after yesterday's loss I am very very worried.
I have never seen this forum so united (italian part) in opinion about something.
I hope mister Gasperini can change his mind and finally understand that the 3-4-3 for our squad is something completely nonsense
